Cass Productions was established in 1998 and we have steadily grown year on year, mainly by virtue of taking immense pride in our work and treating every client with the upmost importance. Whether it be a school that would like a live performance filmed, a council that would like one of their initiatives promoted or ITV that would like us to produce a travel documentary, we always provide the same level of service. This has led to a great deal of repeat work and recommendations from our clients to friends and colleague and has seen us grow to a company that now employs 8 permanent staff and a regular pool of freelancers. This means that we can now provide a complete service in-house and offer expertise in video and DVD production, illustration and animation, web design, branding and graphic design, music composition, motion graphics, web video, TV production and consultancy.

In addition to the reputation we have earned for being innovative and creative filmmakers we are also extremely experienced at working on public sector filming projects that require a knowledge of current initiatives, policy, political, social and cultural objectives and the ability to be discreet and sensitive. This can be evidenced in our continued work with Hampshire County Council’s Adult and Children’s Services; our work as part of a consultant team for Find Your Talent; our documentary evaluation films for Creative Hampshire and Creative Partnerships and our consultation films for Lincolnshire County Council. Arts evaluation is a particular area of expertise that we are renowned for and as well as competent technical crew we also provide experienced interviewers/evaluators and consultants to ensure that content is given as much importance as the look and feel of the film.

Another area that we have developed an envious reputation in is dance filming. Whether this be dance for film, dance documentaries or live performance filming we have immense experience. Hampshire Dance, Florian School of Dance, StopGap Dance, Salisbury Dance Studios, The Point Eastleigh and Sally Johnson Academy of Dance are among our regular clients and we have also produced work for Mark Baldwin, National Youth Dance Company, Hofesh Schechter, Rob Tannion and Dance For Life.
