Continuing our regular work with both Adult and Children's Services at Hampshire County Council we were asked to make a video which investigates the problems and issues young disabled people have as they make the transition from childhood into adulthood and the ways in which the council can help them achieve a smooth transition. The DVD is accompanied by a training pack to assist with the delivery of workshops. As part of the process we have been offering training to adults and young people with disabilities.
